What a care plan does not cover.
I would rather be clear up front than surprise you with an invoice later.

- Custom development, new features, or bespoke plugin work
- Third-party licenses and hosting fees, which stay in your name
- Content writing, photography, and ongoing SEO campaigns
- Undoing changes made by other people with admin access

Do you have to have built my site?
No. I take on sites built by anyone, as long as they run on WordPress. The audit tells us what shape it is in first.
What if my site goes down?
Get in touch and I start work the same business day. Priority plans include a same-day response commitment.
Do you cover hosting?
Hosting stays in your name so you always own it. I am happy to work with your current host or recommend a better one.
What counts as a small edit?
Swapping text and images, adding a page, updating hours or staff. Anything larger gets quoted before I start.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans run month to month, and you keep your site and your backups.
What if I only need a one-time fix?
That is fine too. Not every site needs a plan, and I will say so if yours does not.
